In addition, the intellectual property rights in the software and content, including photographic images, made available to you through this website remains the property of https://www.jacollectibles.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You are not permitted to publish, distribute or reproduce any of the content however, you may store, print and display the content for your own personal use.

PURCHASE

In order to enter into a purchase from JoAnne's Collectibles and provide the necessary information to https://www.jacollectibles.com  you attest that you are 18 years of age or older.

 

Further, By payment of the Purchase Price, PayPal or Bank e-transfer, (sorry we do not accept Debit or Credit cards),  the Buyer confirms to have read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions as outlined here.  The Buyer will be asked to reply to an additional email that will be forwarded outlining the transaction, the confirmation of the Shipper, the acceptance or decline of additional Insurance coverage, and the respective costs which when added to the Item Price makes up the Purchase Price.

SHIPPING 

Items will be shipped to the Buyer using Canada Post unless otherwise instructed by the Buyer. Each item will be Double Boxed for shipping (packaged with protective bubble wrap in the original box plus an additional outer box).  Shipping costs will vary by location, weight and size which will be advised and agreed to by the Buyer prior to shipment.  Shipping costs are for the account of the Buyer and are in addition to the Item Price.

 

In view of the value of the item the Seller recommends adequate insurance be obtained.  (See Insurance)

INSURANCE

While well packaged and double boxed minimizing the chance of any breakage or damage, as funds will have been paid by the Buyer and received by the Seller, ownership of the item will have moved to the Buyer, accordingly the Buyer is responsible for any loss, breakage or damage to the item, beyond anything noted in the listing and evidenced by the photographs provided.

If requested, the Seller will arrange through the selected Shipper, additional insurance to the level requested and these costs will be advised and agreed to by the Buyer prior to shipment. Insurance costs are for the account of the Buyer and are in addition to the Item Price.

DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS

Any and all Duties, Taxes, Tariffs etc. are for the account of the Buyer and the Seller makes or implies no advice or warranties relating to any such arms-length costs.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

As this is the sale of a private collection, all sales are final and no Refunds or Exchanges can be offered.
